According to the artiste, since signing with Serani and Julian Jones Griffiths-led Rock Stone media, he has covered boundaries musically.
The single Life Goes On, has been at the top of ZIP FM's Zip Code charts for several weeks and is currently climbing the Fiwi Choice charts, presently at number eight.
Deep Jahi disclosed that he is still promoting new music, including a single called Give Me Another Try, released on JA Productions Overtime rhythm. A video for the song has been shot and is expected to be released for the festive season.
"2013 there will be more great songs and influential music which will impact positively in society and the impressionable youth of today and tomorrow. I also have a song called 14 Parishes that people should definitely give a listening ear," he said.
As it relates to his upcoming album, Deep Jahi says he is yet to come up with a title. However he is looking to broaden his audience and fan base with the final product.
"Mi nuh come up with a name yet. But yu done know Deep Jahi is a versatile artiste and the fans want a deeper side of the music, so that's why mi sey reggae. As well as I want to inspire the youth. Mi is a youth wey guh college so I want to do music to edify people and also to spread to a wider audience like Europe, and those places are really drawn to reggae music," Deep Jahi said.
